Ergo Body provides physical therapy, private and group Pilates classes, and therapeutic massage for a diverse clientele. Why Pilates?
From the demands of work, family and community to prolonged periods of sitting or inactivity, daily life challenges our physical well-being. Other threats to mobility and optimum function include injuries from trauma, improper athletic form or muscle use (or overuse) and unbalanced muscle development.
